Baking Tips:

[*] Temperature: To make the perfect Cake, your indegrediants should be at the Room temperature. It includes Eggs, Butter, Milk.

[*] Measuring: The indegrediants which you are going to use, should have the correct measurement.For the correct measurement, you can use weighing scale or cups or spoon.

[*] Baking Substitute: Baking Soda and Baking Powder are not interchangeable. Baking soda is much stronger compared to Baking Powder, so dont try to replace the Powder with Soda.

[*] Out of Cake Flour? If you run out of the Cake flour, then you can make it your in a pinch. Just Take two tablespoons flour and add two tablespoons of cornstarch. And Mix it Well.
